Metro Health offers the Stanford Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP), an evidence-based program developed at Stanford University. DSMP empowers individuals to take control of their health; participants gain confidence in their ability to safely manage the symptoms of diabetes and live healthy and fulfilling lives.
