Class is taught by a Certified Diabetes Educator and medical professional The class will explain the importance of monitoring blood glucose and a meter provided, The meal plan will be explained and given resources to use for meal planning. The class will explain the sources and portions of carbohydrates recommended. The medications for diabetes will be explained the side effects and importance of taking medications.
